One of the drinks from our inaugural menu, and our take on the much-loved classic. It’s a big drink, and one that we’ve loved riffing on over the years. We’ve taken an amazing American Single Malt and played to its nuances, bolstering herbal notes, fruitiness and a great spice that kicks in at the end. Adding in some local fruits, plus bitters and vermouth, we blast the whole together to ‘soften’. It keeps everything bright and fresh in profile, but evens out the drink so everything tastes in its right place. A festive hug when it’s cold out.
